Eyegamer.com ("site") is the website operated by OogaGame, the California Corporation ("OogaGame", "we", "us", "our").
This Policy regulates return of products purchased only on Eyegamer.com. If you bought our products on the third party e-commerce platforms such as Amazon please follow their own return policies.
Items purchased through our site and delivered to you can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us unopened in the same condition you receive it, in all original product packaging (boxes, manuals etc), complete and accompanied with original documentation. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, your full name and order number. Any item that fails in complying the mentioned requirements will be rejected.
When you return an item please specify whether you want to get a refund or exchange it at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items not delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia,120 days for deliveries to Brazil) from the date of purchase are subject for a refund (if applicable). If you don't receive your order on time please contact us within the time period named above. An exchange of item or refund cannot be processed with orders exceeding this time frame.
Refund or replacement of missing order is not available under the following circumstances:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster)
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of OogaGame
Exchange of Items
Any item delivered to you in an unconditional state (defective or damaged) due to our error may be replaced. Please follow the instructions of paragraph Returns of this Policy.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
To return your purchased item, you should send it to Shenzhen; Futian District; Xingzuo Chuanqi 8BA. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable except returning of defective items due to our error. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
